This seems to be the most important fact that everybody is asking themselves after what we saw happen to them in the games against Real Madrid and Bayern. Schalke is sitting in 4th place with 44 points so even if they lose they still remain on the 4th. Maybe they will be sparing some key players for the upcoming game at Real Madrid.

A fun fact so to say is that Augsburg has not yet won a game against Schalke and with them being pressed by the Champions League game, this might be Augsburg's chance to make a first.

Augsburg currently sitting in 6th place with the same amount of points as 7th place Mainz 38 will be looking to do everything they can in this game to win it and maintain a position that qualifies them for the Europa League.

2 out of 3 games disputed between these two teams at Augsburg have ended in a draw and only one Schalke win, maybe this time Augsburg has what is takes to turn the tides in their favor.
